Phoenix Powerlifting is a strength and conditioning business specialising in training individuals for powerlifting and strength and conditioning. We offer personalised coaching, and support for both beginners and advanced athletes. 


 Phoenix is open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, ranging from beginners to advanced competitors. Our team includes powerlifters from as young as 10 to as mature as 78.


Yes! We provide both online and in-person coaching services. Whether you prefer working one-on-one or through pre-programmed training with check-ins, we’ve got you covered.

Powerlifting is a strength sport focused on three main lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Competitors aim to lift as much weight as possible across these movements. 


No prior experience is needed! We welcome all levels of lifters, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our programs are designed to help everyone progress. 


Yes, we have a junior division called Phoenix Junior, which is dedicated to younger athletes interested in powerlifting. We focus on safe training practices and building strength. This option is offered in-person ONLY! 


Competitions occur year-round, both locally and internationally. Once you're ready, we’ll help guide you through the process of entering competitions and achieving your personal bests. We are affiliated with CAPO Powerlifting. https://www.capopowerlifting.com.au/


If you’ve been training consistently and showing progress in your lifts, we’ll help assess your readiness and provide guidance on when to compete. We emphasise preparation and confidence. 


Yes! We provide comprehensive support, including coaching, nutrition, and mental preparation for competition day to ensure you're confident and ready. 




No, we design our programs around your available equipment. For those working out at home, we tailor workouts to utilise your home gym equipment. Ideally you should have the required equipment to perform the required powerlifting lifts. 


The frequency of training depends on your specific goals, but most programs range from 3 to 5 days of structured workouts per week. 


Phoenix emphasises the power of community and team support. Our holistic approach focuses not only on physical strength but also on mental well-being and personal development. We’re committed to empowering our athletes to excel both on and off the platform.
